>>1221977Depends on the type of owls where you live anon. Some owls are more active in the day than others. Also depends on the time of year, like if they're raising chicks they might be forced to hunt more frequently or poor weather can force them to hunt in daylight. I'd say find some suitable habitat and try at dawn and dusk. Even if you don't end up seeing them it's still great to hear them.
