Its awkward to reel it in, and monitor your cellphone. And if you have a case around your phone it can mess with the signal sometimes.
But its extremely useful for feature finding. Locating dropoffs etc.
Theres a more expensive Chirp version. But all I use mine for is looking for holes in the weed, and dropoffs. It has a GPS function, saves all the scans, and makes maps for you as well.
