>>447984haha that made me laugh.
i`m guessing you`re being serious , though.
but, it`s funny to me in the sense that i`ve been watching an american guy called MICK DODGE. (google him)
and he have lived in the woods in washington for over 20 years.
i`m also watching RAY MEARS (uk woodsman / survivalist).
and LES STROUD (canadian survivalist)
not really for survival tips, but for the entertainment. - the learning how to do things innawoods is actually a by-product of watching them.
as for posting my wonderings. i did write a link to my page, but got banned for 1 week (¬¬,) i`m still a bit of a noob at 4chan. even though i`ve posted on here for a few months now.
PHOTO = my very lightweight pop-up dome tent. it came with its own bag (which split) so now i just use it`s cover as a strap to keep it closed.
most of the time i dont use tent pegs. the weight of me and my gear in the tent is fine.
sometimes i`ll use them during late autumn / winter because the wind picks up. or i`ll just lash things down with para chord. plus being under a tree helps against the wind and rain.
i`m trying out different setups wqith the gear i`ve got to see which is better.
