Hope you're not planning on taking this "camping".
Figure out your requirements first... how much power you actually need.
Honda's got a couple 2kW inverter units that can be parallel'd together to give you 4kW peak. Wouldn't put much more than 3kW on it continuous. You'll also be putting a lot of fuel into those.
Not going to find an inverter unit much over 3kW. The open-frame construction generators are loud as fuck but pure-sine wave (although not the cleanest, voltage is going to vary a lot more than utility power), cheaper, and offer substantially more generation capacity (6-8k isn't uncommon).
If those don't meet your needs... big diesel genset, usually trailer-mounted. They're a lot quieter and will give you the runtime and power output you need, but they're big/expensive (Renting them isn't too bad, >pic related).
