Anyone have updates? Even if your plants only grew 1 more set up leaves? My spinach is starting to fill out now. There's a lot of random wild seeds sprouting in the soil with them. A few types of grasses and some chickweed. The common plantain I planted hasn't sprouted yet. Recently, I realized why, they won't sprout for another season. lol I should have acid treated them before planting them. So, I planted some lamb's quarter with them. It pops up fairly quickly it seems. Regardless, everything growing is edible and will be eaten or juiced.
I should probably try to get some purslane growing too.
