been looking at getting a boat recently to live in and it seems like a better deal than getting an apartment, yeah you can save a bit of money in an apartment and no huge up front fee/months of debt but you lose it all when they steal your security deposit and your moving guys lose all your things and you have to rebuy them...
plus you own it so you can cover it in semen from head to toe
