In order,
Refuse>Reduce>Repair>Reuse>Repurpose>Recycle
•Refuse to buy or accept products that can harm you, your company, and the environment. Use the power of your dollar to tell companies what you want and do not want.
•Reduce, to use less. Think about what you use and buy. Could you use less?
•Repair your items and purchase them based on how easy they are to repair.
•Reuse something you already have instead of buying something. Replace needing a single use item, with something you can use over and over again.
•Repurpose, to take something and use it for something else. Like using water/soda bottles for mixing/storing paints or liquid plant fertilizers.
•Recycle when everything else fails. Remember, you can recycle things to make other things with it. You don't need to give it to a recycling center. Like cutting up water/soda bottles to use as plant pots or turning them into devices to scare birds away.
>>1701439>Saving all plastic containers, glass jars, and egg cartons. Here's mine from 2017 before I ended up buying seed trays for starts so I could use heat mats with them. The extra soil these containers makes them great if you want to start outdoor plants super early. Seed trays don't have much soil space so you have to reduce the time they will be indoors.
