This was the first year I got to come out to missouri with my dad and uncle to hunt on a family farm. All I've ever hunted was in south carolina pine forest and have only killed a doe and a button buck before. I've been out here for a week seeing all kinds of wildlife besides a nice buck. Finally saw this guy this morning. Ten points, one of his tines was split. Shot with a .270 WSM from about 85 yards. He's not a monster but I'm awful proud of him.
