for me I use a bailed titanium Toaks cup with lid, Toaks long handled polished titanium spoon, a stainless 1966 meat can, and a stainless WWII fork. If It's a short hike I'll bring a nalgene bottle for water, but if I'm expecting to have to collect water I use a klean kanteen so I can sanitize it between refills in the fire.
if my utensils get really messy after eating, I'll boil water in the klean kanteen and dip them in like the military used to do in the field kitchens.
