Skip out to the Tetons, way less people. Tons of hiking trails, and more secluded. I did end up taking a ferry across one of the lakes to a trail hat was full of tourists. It was a semi light hike up to a small mountain peak, trail was packed up to the peak. After that the trail loops around the back of the mountain, makes a nice 14-16 mile trip but after that first peak I saw only three other people. Saw lots of Moose, a bear and some other wildlife. One of my favorite trips actually.
