pic related: $5 gas station knife that doesn't close all properly because the springs fucked up and there is not divot for the liners ball bearing. It has been repaired many times over the last like 6 years and used for pretty much everything imaginable. Cheap plastic frames on the handle, the spring is busting out of the handle. The spring's lack of tension was sort of fixed by inserting a small nut behind it.
Since it wont stay closed, I no longer carry it, it stays in my kitchen to open things.
Above that is my cqc-8k because I'm too poor to buy an actual CQC-8. Even though it's just the kershaw licensed knock off, it's pretty damn good, my only complaint is that it has a chisel grind, not sure why it bugs me, but it just does.
