If you arent afraid of a little tiny bit of wiring I guess PL is gud.
Keep in mind that distance to the lights is everything. Keep them within centimeters
Another option is to buy sets of 100W LEDs and drivers from china. Well. Not now.
You can get 100W led with driver for about 10-15 bucks. Glue to some old cpu or gpu heatsink and ventilate a bit.
