i didn't had the possibility to test them on the field yet, i'm still using it everyday to stretch the leather as much as i could before my next trip and avoid blisters. the inside is padded and it feel good, but the skin is hard so it need time to be absolutely comfortable in it
so far i'm happy with it, i apply the beewax once in a while to clean it etc etc.
going full leather was the best decision i could make for a new pair of shoes.
