>>1914837i live in north carolina and it wasnt nearby any trees really the closest tree is about 15 feet away and its mostly pine trees close by. i dont have it on hand anymore its covered up outside im taking a sporeprint but i didnt really notice a fishy smell when i took a little sniff.
unrelated is a picture of some growing out of a pinecone. i found another pinecone with the same kind growing out of it on the other side of the yard.
