When I made this one, all I did was let it colonize with the lid on for 9 days then I dubtubbed it to let it fruit, no holes in the dubtub either, although during the fruiting stage I've seen some growers put 2 half inch holes on each of the short sides of the dubtub to get an extra boost in Fae(which would be useful for dense growing species)
