Will try and get a few days hike around the high tatras (such an underrated gem of a range, google it if you don't know about it). Her parents (like a lot of families there) have a really nice wooden cottage out of the city in the country nearby, and that will be chill as fuck.
Other than that I will probably hike out and around the Cairngorms when the weather mellows out a bit.
