I just picked up this Eureka Apex 2XT for $110 at my local outfitter a month ago, but it can be found for as low as $90 online. I have a few complaints with it - the bottom seam isn't waterproofed, although the rest of the tent is, so I sprayed some Nikwax on it. Also, the fly on both ends doesn't extend down all the way as the newer models of the Apex 2XT do, effectively making it a single walled tent. They only provided seven standard metal stakes and none for the guy lines, so I'm buying some 550 paracord and MSR stakes to remedy that.
Otherwise, it's quite roomy, feels sturdy, and should be fine for 3-season camping. It weighs about 6lbs, so it's certainly not ultralight, but I'm a masochist and aiming for a 40 lb pack anyway, so it should do the job.
