On the front side (left side, towards the propane cyl) of the j-box is the switch to disconnect the truck's battery.
The CO/LPG detector's wall-wart was a 12v adapter, so I just lopped it off and put an RJ12 on it, same pinout I use for GPS on my motorcycle. "My" standard pinout.
Detector runs off the 12v battery like it's plugged into the wall, and it's got a 9v backup. I bag it and stash it in the pickup when I'm transporting, loading, and unloading toys from the trailer; the exhaust gases will fuck with the sensor.
