My plants under lights indoors are doing well. However, 2 of the spinach plants started bolting! I guess the lights are a bit too warm for them. The chickweed is going crazy and needs its own pot; it's been flowering up a storm. The lamb's quarter is thickening up its leaves.
I had a salad of baby spinach, chickweed, and common yellow woodsorrel. All were grown indoors. I'm about to divide and pot the watercress.
