With a puukko or a knife you can play what we call "paskatikku" in Finland. It translates to "shitstick" it's a game where you throw/drop your puukko many different ways on the ground and it has to stick up to the ground. There's 12 different throws. On every throw the knife has to make one full flip vertically, like throwing knife kind of way.
>knife lies blade outwards on the palm vertically to your arm, throw so it spins "inside"
>knife lies the other way on your palm, blade pointing towards your arm, throw
>keep the tip of the blade touching your knee handle pointing upwards, flip it how you can
>same to the other knee
>same thing from elbow, elbow rised up to height of your eyes
>same to other side
>keep the blade to your chin, handle downwards fith one finger keeping the knife hanging, twitch your head to flip the knife off to ground with a full flip
>do the elbow thing bladetip on top of your nose handle upwards
>same on your forehead
>regularly throw the knife sticking to the ground holding it from the handle
>throw it holding from the blade
>throw it over your head to backside and hope it lands on your asshole friends
Every throw/drop has to leave knife stuck to the ground from blade, handle facing pretty well upwards. If you fail, next dude's turn. If you succeed, go to next throw. Start your turn from the throw you failed last time.
>first to complete last throw wins, mark the place the knife sticked up
>others continue till one loses (second last finishes)
>winner takes a toothpick/match and smashes it to the soil at the spot his winning throw landed with _three_ punches of the knife handle (figure out yourself if he should hold the knife on handle or on blade, if on handle the stick will go deep)
>loser digs it up from the soil using only his mouth
<repeat the game until everyone's too drunk to be throwing knifes in a circle or someone passes out
That's the best /out/ game. Can be played on tree stumps or elk shit too. Can be adapted to play with axe.
