>>2068054Essentially. I only use it for small streams. Streams you can almost jump across in PA mainly for native brook trout that require a few miles of hiking to get to. My rod has 3 lengths from like 7.5' to 11' I believe. With tenkara you change line lengths but anything over my 8' line is to long for the streams I fish. I think tenkara is retarded on big rivers where people do use like 16' rods and 18' lines with 4 feet of tippet, just get a fucking western rod. I saw a jewtuber tenkara fishing sunnies on a fucking pond in Oklahoma. Dude was a faggot. I'll see if I can find any pictures of the type of streams I fish. The one I posted previously to skid was acutally kinda big.
