This is the pump switch I'm pretty sure, I do have a multimeter, going to open the panels after I shut the mains off and see if I can see anything. Mice and rats chew wires, I've noticed.

Even without those, you definitely don't want to find your property of old buildings turned into a trash ridden hobo town, or worse, someone started a forest fire by accident via illegal camping.
Did some research, apparently that happens often in cities, those vacant lots you've seen that get trashed, they are often owned by someone who just does not pay for a caretaker. It can be an environmental and neighborhood problem.
