Eggs only need to be refrigerated if they’ve been washed (which is the case with all supermarket eggs in the US). Unwashed eggs (as found in some places in Europe and probably your local farmers market) last about two weeks at room temp, and I’d guess less in really hot temps.
But you’ll need an egg suitcase.
