Action varies quite a lot depending on speed. Spin fast and it rotates around itself almost like a spinner. Move it slow and it wobbles from side to side like most spoon lures(? What are these called in English?) in a rather big lazy pattern.
Medium speed somewhere in between.
The trout in the fjord seem to love them. I guess they would work well for bass, perch etc. as well. No time to test that these days though and being from Denmark there is no bass around here anyway.
