>>1463366They are definitely better then nothing and as a guy who recently lost his first aid kit, if I was on a hike and lost it and got ticks I would love the option, not too fussed about my broken tweezers on the SAK as innawoods whatever need to be cut with a scissors, pretty much just thread for sewing will be done in one cut anyway, shops here don't carry spare parts.
