FL is strange because of the saltwater, freshwater, and everything between. There are a bunch of licenses if you plan on keeping certain fish during certain seasons. But I pay like $18/yr for freshwater and shoreline saltwater. If I want to be able to fish saltwater from a boat, I think it ends up being $30 or $35 total, I bought that for my lil bro because his rich friends own boats. Then I think there is an additional snook stamp for a couple $ if you want to keep those in season along with a few more for specific fish.
Either way, $18 for fresh and saltwater for a year. And I don't really keep anything so I don't worry about those rules.
