So, I just found what looks like an unmarked mountain range on Google Maps, on the border of Canada (Yukon) and Alaska. It's located at 66°55'20.2"N 140°55'42.9"W and it's about 160 square miles in size. There are no available pictures or streetview, no roads, no names, and zooming in tells me nothing, but it looks like mountains. Why is there so little information about this area? Has anyone ever been here and are there other places like this? I am indeed aware that shit is very remote up in these parts, but why do we leave such precious land to just sit there uninhabited, let alone unnamed and unmarked, and cut off from humanity.
