I went ahead and bought another pump kit so I can it parallel and double the flow without adding more hose/drips to one pump (it was only like $30). The deep pots I think need a second drip as do the wide pots - especially as so many of the dandelions are still basically just seedlings and don't have deep enough roots to reach the water.
I'll see what I can do about shading the pots to keep the soil from heating up, some mylar panels might be a good solution. I think with 2 pumps and an 80L reservoir I should be in decent shape. It's terrible hot and dry and only getting worse, so with consistent 35º-42º days I have to make sure this works before I jet out of town. If I come back and my beautiful dandelion grove is dead I'll be gutted.
