>>2616520For the sake of adding to the thread in Washington State you can take six male dungeness crabs a day of I think 6 inches across and 6 male or female red rock crabs of 5 inches. All you need is a basic license, ring or pot and you're golden. Bargain bin meats are great, anything freezer burned or otherwise. If you have something too loose to use in a bait box wrap it in cheese cloth before shoving it in the bait box. You can pull the ring every 10 to 15 minutes. Gives the same sensation as scratching a scratch card, it's fucking great.
REMEMBER: You can fish off the dock while you crab.
