They're about 10 miles roundtrip ea ch. Porter's Creek is much more relaxed and takes you through a beautiful old-growth forest punctuated with remnants of the old Smokies communities of the late 1800s to early 1900s. Rhododendron Creek is a very casual hike beyond walking through a few creeks; maybe 3.5 miles total. All the information your looking for can be found online for marked Smokies trails. Unmarked trails, on the other hand, are a bit of a crap shoot.
