But, when you factor in the old people, people with kids and the lazy if you go on even one of the shorter trails the crowds significantly thin out after about 1 or 2 km. It’s definitely possible to enjoy them, and from the perspective of a Brit it was the vest of both worlds; Smokey the bear, snow globe, gift shop, theme park cliched Americanana on the one hand, and amazing nature on the other. I’d 100% recommend it.
