>>863984Here it is after I cut and bent the material into shape. I drilled a few more holes on the handle to save weight and allow paracord to be wrapped and secured. I also filed some slots at the base of the handle for the paracord to rest in and cleaned up the holes with a de-burring tool and scuffed the entire thing up for paint. Obviously the paint will wear off eventually, but I think it will give it a neat look over time.
