Caught my first rainbow trout! They were stocked trout but man it was fun. Nobodys been fishing them at all. I was just using worms off the bottom and man I was slaying trout. I only landed two on the shore. I hooked into five other that fought like hell, jumped out of the water, and spat out my hook! These things are so fucking angry. This one bit my finger while I was unhooking him and cut me clean open! I wasn't even sticking my finger in his mouth, he went out of his way to go and bite me haha. I don't keep none of these fish, I just like catching them. But I hear they taste good.
I can only imagine what a proper river bred trout must fight like. These fish are pissed
