These things are fantastic. They combine bandages and dressings all in one. They also use elastic and a plastic bracket to apply direct pressure without the need to keep hands on.
Can be applied to any part of the body with the proper wrapping technique. Difficult to dress body parts like shoulders, groin/hips, and even jaws can easily be bandaged and dressed easily with the right techniques.
They come cheap at most gunshows for about $5-$10 sealed in their original wrapper. Don't worry if you cant find one that's sealed. As long as it hasn't been used or contaminated it is still serviceable. It's a bit of a waste of potential but they are long enough to use as a sling for broken arms or dislocated shoulders.
