There's some stairs leading to what was once a door, but has since been boarded up, but you can go over the rail and through a window next to it so long as your careful. It's pretty tricky and fucking scary the first time I did it. It's even worse since there isnt actually a floor where you come I'm, so you have to Stand on a pole and jump onto the second floor, which goes to the ground floor via a ladder.
