If you think just killing the countries that are most dirty why not draw the line below your own for a change? Because you just want to search for reasons the others are at fault and you didn't do nothing?
Besides it's not like countries with lower emmissions and pollutions don't rely heavily on products and resources from other countries. Outsourcing emmissions, pollution (and even garbage by shipping it half across the globe) won#t make your ecological footprint cleaner.
It's really all about what and how much you personally buy and use. If you promote to get rid of people, get rid of those that have the biggest effect by person.
