What the fuck should I do? I clearly have shitty knees and am prone to hurting them. I want to have outdoor hobbies to keep me in shape and explore nature but I keep getting hurt and having surgeries that take 6 moths to recover from. What are some other outdoor hobbies I can get into that still get me a workout?
