Pic related, I go here every year, my favorite hidden location. there's a 6 foot wall of snow blocking you from leaving the highway, and even if you somehow got past that it's a 10 mile hike through the snow just to get to the start of the trail.
Humans just aren't meant to be in these mountains during the winter.
