i just dont think that at my worst, introducing more unreliable factors into my life would have helped me at all. dont think being in possesion of narcotics would have helped when i would spend days overthinking which bike rack i parked my bike at at work, and what the consequences of picking that bike rack would be, and when said imaginary consequences would kick in
acutakky scaling down on "things" in general has really helped me
and honestly, i dont believe in the whole "do drugs, discover truths" thing
