The head of marketing was blamed in the letter for orchestrating a crew of drunk and drugged out wild parties and ran the company on name and brand recognition like a fool dragging them to Coachella and other lame events to drum up interest.....he made the designs that were part of their nude collection exploiting the teeniest girls they could find....
So they fired him and left his wife up on the crew

Nothing that they have been doing is legit anymore...they bought the slotted binding mount idea from another guy and that was merely to put him out of business they would lose, and then they decided that they were going to invent the "split board" and turn them into a shotty imitation ski to skin up hills with....
They moved all manufacturing out of Vermont and overseas when they realized that the chemicals were highly toxic and released vapors to their crew making them, who they were constantly rotating through their jobs firing off a ton of their labor in the end....
It's now just left as a fashion statement with K2, Sims, Rome, Darkside, and 540 in the mix making sick designs that aren't trying to market to little snow bunny nymphs and perving hebes that are watching your kids play with Ben and Jerry....
