PLB, avalanche rescue gear, first aid kit... firearm in the summer...
My toolkits are fairly extensive - probably more than I really need in the backcountry... they get more use on other people's sleds/motos than my own... nice to have the tools I need when something does get fucky though. Worth the couple of pounds on the sled to carry those extra wrenches/sockets/parts/etc. Moto kit's trimmed down fairly well.
