There's one really near me, but it's too young to even bloom. 2 others a bit further away that bloomed this spring, which I went out and pollinated with a paintbrush because goddamn I would do just about anything to get my hands on that golden ambrosia. Sadly neither of them seem to have set fruit. I think I saw another patch or 2 off the side of a highway last fall when their leaves had turned that characteristic yellow, so I'll probably see if I can't locate those again and check if they have fruit. Worst case scenario I'll hit up the farmer's markets to see if anyone is selling any.
There are a handful of dwarf pawpaw plants fairly close to me as well, which did actually set fruit, and I managed to get my hands on 2 of them before anything else ate them. Obviously doesn't even come close to the size of an actual pawpaw (pic related), but the aroma is just as tantalizing. I'm letting them sit a few days to make sure they're fully ripe before I cut them open. Probably try planting the seeds in some clay pots on my apartment balcony and hope I can get them to produce fruit there.
