>>2086586>not what the blade is meant forYeah, I'm aware of that, it's purpose built for use as a hatchet/splitter, just sayin' that if the angle of the handle was in line with the spine of the nata it would be a more useful knife to carry for general camp use and food prep, as it is it seems it's primarily made to fleece the yurucamp crowd.
Not a fan of cutting on the edge of the board, and have the food fall to the dirt, but to be fair that's a problem with a lot of knives that have guards or handles that extend below the working edge thus leaving you to only use the tip, which is why I generally prefer knives that can dice, slice, rock and chop...cheffy but woodsie, and yeah this one ain't one of them so I can't really bitch about that too much.
