but dehydrated definitely does not help
your body gets too hot. so hot you can barely stand or not at all
very high humidity. 90 degrees. brutally bright sun and no shade in sight. no wind
these are conditions that can cause problems. I have never had any bad effects from it but every few years someone even goes to the hospital
I know some of you guys get 100 degrees or whatever but its not the same environment
if temperature is in the low 80s and I am working hard I drink a gallon an hour and only piss once in 3 hours. where does the water go? I sweat it out. clothes are totally soaked
