>>1304087Have you adjusted the pack's shoulder straps to account for your torso height? You'll need to either properly measure or spitball how tall your torso is from top of the shoulders to the tops of your hips (spinous process of C7 to your iliac crests if you're being precise about this).
To translate that measurement to the pack, you'll need to match the torso height with the distance between where the top of your shoulders articulate with the padding of the shoulder straps and the middle of the kidney pad. Loosen that central yoke strap, slide the shoulder straps up or down to the appropriate torso height, then cinch it down again. Depending on how tall or short your torso is, you might be able to cinch down the top set of cross straps onto the frame for the shoulder straps.
