Many fisherman including myself wear Saint Andrew and Saint Peter as they are patrons of fishermen and they were themselves fishermen before being "called" to christ.

Saint Anthony is also considered a patron of fishermen amongst many other things.
Whoever had that charm would want you to wear it and go fishing with it.
