Hazels grow relatively fast, are drought tolerant and can be shaped into tree form easily. Got 2 C. maxima "purpurea", love their initial dark red foliage that gradually becomes green over summer, as well as the dark red flowers that are prominent in late winter. Never had to water them either. They won't become super tall though, maybe 10m
If very fast growth is important and all else secondary and you don't care about invasiveness, then you could look into Ailanthus altissima, gains up to 2m height per year in perfect conditions. I mean it's already here anyway and won't go away anytime soon, so you won't be able to do much extra damage
