>>1790083>>1790087Pic related, it's got a hole in the side that shows the reservior level and slots along the side that drain water at the base level of the soil when the reservior is full. I see now that the diameter is smaller than I thought; I guess it is measured at the diameter of the bottom and not the rim (cringe, I know). Exposed soil gets dry to the touch after about 2-2.5 days, I was watering it when it got to this level (every other day). It was bone dry last week after I spent some time in the city (around 5 days without water), and the smaller leaves at the top of the cutting were wilting, so I started daily watering around then (late last week).
Soil is a generic mulch blend of Miracle Gro, I don't recall any specific numbers during purchase but I went for the middling range Walmart had available. It doesn't clump and water poured in from a cup disappeared within seconds from the exposed soil.
I'm willing to buy a 24" container to transfer it to; that's what I'm reading indoor raspberries prefer. I can't plant it in the ground because I'm moving into an apartment in the city soon and will be taking it with me.
