Invest (yes, it's an investment) in some nice white linen. If you don't have amish near you, you'll probably have to go on etsy.
Make sure the linen is THICK. People don't really care about fabric weight these days and it's easy to get scammed on some paper thin material. Linen is one of those fabrics you can add extra weight and it won't make it hotter. I prefer undyed because it's just that more naturally beathable.
And then get a straw hat. Wide brim. There's a reason they've been in use longer than iron tools have been a thing.
