Camping and lighting a campfire is perfectly legal, but only in designated places. You supposedly can't use the wood from the forest, you need to bring your own, or use a different method to heat yourself, food and water, something like a camping stove. The camping infrastructure in public forests is laughable, but you can call the forester, talk to him about what you are planning, and that you are acquainted with the "leave no trace" rule.
